SIDES

has been chosen by Spanish Civil Aviation organization AENA (Aeropuertos Espanoles y Navegacion Aerea) for the supply of 7 units of 10.000 L water capacity Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting Units over 3rd generation custom chassis. The se vehicles will be delivered in various airports operated by AENA in Spain. Previously in 2004, 15 units were supplied by SIDES to AENA with a very good feedback from the users.

The quality of the technical solution offered together with a strong service organization and past record have been key decision factors for AENA to renew its confidence in SIDES .

These additional units will be based on the new SIDES design incorporating the most up-to-date technology and features. Similar orders have been received from the French Civil Aviation and the French Air Force as well as Navy, and airports such as Guernesey & Kosice showing the success of this most advanced unit.
