boiler works - METAL WORKSHOP

3,300m², with computer controlled shears, cutting, punching, folding, bending machines.

surface treatment and paint bays

2,300m², with degreasing, sandblasting, standard coating and tar coating rooms, including semi-automatic conveyor, testing laboratory, water treatment station, touch-up workshop.

assembly workshop

4,160m², with two 5 ton and 2 ton crane bridges, one repairing pit.
It includes several areas for assembly :
- electric, electronics, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining,
- quality control

testing station

500m², closed and heated station with two test wells where six vehicles can be tested at the same time.
Outside test area for :
- vehicle pump-and-roll test and monitor performance test,
- compliances with French, European and International recommendations.
